Ive recorded the song im trying to transcribe but havnt actually transcribed it properly....
tell me what you think.... should I bother paying for an actual transcription?

This is a very attractive blues and you are wise to keep it simple because it is the more sincere for doing so. I think it is fine as it is, accurately transcribed or not. Then again I am not familiar with the original work so it isn't likely to matter to me. Transcription is a two-edged sword anyway because playing a perfectly accurate transcription might not allow you to put enough of yourself into it.
Pay for a transcription ? No, I certainly wouldn't bother when I could make up something equally as good, which you obviously can.
