this is an excerpt from the bbc video(not the one on DVD) of the hungarian rhapsondy no6

this is an improvised cadenza, basically showing off some INSANE SPEED

Can´t help commenting the Hamelin video of him playing his own fugue.

Why is he using the pedal like he was an amateur with weak hands and sloppy technique?

That tone doesn´t work most of the time and certainly not during a fugue.

The details gets blurred away all the time.
