Schumann's piano quartet Op. 47 is pretty great -- one of the most beautiful Andantes in the chamber literature.

His String Quartets, one word - FARK(ing good).

While you're at it, his Lieder are very nice, although they're not chamber music. ;)
Fortune favours the musical.

The first piano trio is considered his best chamber work after the piano quintet.  The Fantasie pieces for cello or clarinet are quite often performed.  Stucke und volsdsom (sorry, can't remember exactly) for cello and piano, op.102, something to do with folksongs.  The violin sonatas are late works, the dmin is much harder than the amin but (i only know/have played the amin) it's typical heart tugging Schumann.
Never look at the trombones. You'll only encourage them.
