Wanted:Well-Prepared Piano

I'm looking for the book ' The Well-Prepared Piano by R.Bunger. Unfortunately it's out of print and also used it was not available.  :'(
Who could help me and sell it used to me or send me a copy.  I pay a good price. ;D
