I am sure I am not the first who has pondered this question. What piece can make a woman fall into your arms as soon as your hands are off the keyboard?
Probably one of the best kept secrets. I would say

Debussy´s  "Claire de Lune

Maybe Beethoven's "Moonlight", Schubert's 3rd impromptu, or Liszt's "Un sospiro", Liebestraume, or Consolation no.3.
