graphic violent content on the internet
on: November 09, 2005, 07:54:00 AM
now, i love pornography, theres nothing wrong with sex and boobies, etc., i am not even particular averse to bestial porn.

i also love freedom of speech, i love being able to say and read swear words and other midlly offensive things.

but soemthing that does disturb me on the internet, and i kind of wish i didnt have access to, is violent graphic imagery.

for example, there is one site that makes me shudder even to think of it, im sure one or two of you know of it (starts with O , ends with H).

when one searches for images of rape, decapitation, mutilation, torture, they find this site.

i am just very disturbed to this day by some of the things i have seen there, and i have one online friend who loves that site and enjoys viewing this kind of material.

so should this kind of stuff be banned?
is it even actually illegal on the internet?

hmmmm, anyway, what do you think on thsi whole matter?

That's a worry, for if someone innocently does that search expecting, as you would, to see some nice pictures of rape, decapitation, mutilation and torture they get the nasty ones.

I'd complain to google and your MP.
