How do I paste an image?

How do I make multiple quotes?

How do I paste an image?

You don't.
Instead you insert a link to an image stored on another server. Click the "Insert Image" button on the post reply panel and place the link between the tags.
The other option is to attach the image to the message. Click "Additional Options..." under the message filed.

How do I make multiple quotes?

You click the "Insert Quote" link to the right of the messages below the post button (on the post reply page).
