Ned Rorem

Hey guys. First-time member here.
So I was browsing through the concerto collection in my local library when I came across a concerto by Ned Rorem, his 2nd piano concerto. Although I can find plenty of information on him as a composer, I cannot find anything even remotely related to this particular concerto! I would love to know how it sounds. Any help will be appreciated.
Thank you.

Not at all...he is routinely considered one of the greatest living American composers. However, he is much better known as a writer of art songs then as an instrumental composers. This is a shame; I have heard a solo piano sonata by him that was really excellent. You are right about the obscurity of this concerto, I can't find a single performance listed on allmusic.com. Maybe you should be the first
