wav to mp3 freeware converter

Hi all.

Does anybody know of a free tool to convert wav files into mp3 format? Could you please send me the link to download it? (I have recorded myself playing and would like to post to the Audition Room, but .wav's are not accepted there, which is fair enough, so... help, please!)

Try www.free-codecs.com, look for LAME.

Oh man, LAME did not work... I guess my wav's are 32 bits, not 16... I recorded them using my MUVO player... :-(
