Actually, I have found the Italian version of the ™Dino Ciani¨ Association. It was just a matter of clicking the little Italian flag in the top left hand corner; obviously too complex for me. (

Anyway, they say exactly the same thing in Italian as they do in English:
"L'associazione "Dino Ciani" deve il suo nome e lo spirito da cui è animata a un giovanissimo, grande pianista... Dino Ciani fu un eminente interprete...
Non è quindi un caso che il nome del grande pianista sia stato scelto per costituire il simbolo delle attività dell'Associazione "Dino Ciani""
So again we are reassured that it was not by chance that they chose Dino Ciani as the symbol of the Dino Ciani Association. I must say I do find that reassuring. They might have chosen Brendel, or Neuhaus but, no, they chose Ciani.
Is this comment just a product of my wierd AUstralian sense of humour?
