Amazing video of a kid playing Chopin Etude 25/12

I don't know if this is posted before, probably it is, but I couldn't find it with the "search" option.

Anyway, it's still amazing to see. See for yourself:

Yeah, pretty impressive for the age. Not without mistakes, but decent cleanness (about the same as what I usually manage, although I always get pissed at the way I play it).

25 12, though, is one of those pieces that you can just kind of pick up if you've got good hands, no matter what else you're doing, and even if you're a couple levels below it technically. I remember I was in a mire with Ballade No. 1 and a couple of other pieces and I just started playing it one day out of curiosity and eventually polished it. That's mostly because it only requires one new skill, the ability to turn from pinkie to thumb on a dime, and the rest is just being careful where you land with the second and third fingers.

But still though, very admirable.

I wasn't nearly this good when I was 10, I'd say it's pretty damn impressive.

Wow, thats prety good for such young 'un. Atleast, he is a SHITE load better than I am  ;D If I ever manage to play that well, I will be pretty damn proud of myself.

That said, I do agree with Panic - this piece doesnt only exploit one technical aspect. I would love to see him play 10/4, now that would be amazing!

Man , that kid is adorable, he is so musical. Did you notice his touch its very soft, perfect. I bet he will kick some ass in a few years.

I actually remember seeing this boy on a news show a few years back. He was playing a Mozart Sonata and I think he was 5 or 6.

It all happens on Discworld, where greed and ignorance influence human behavior... and perfectly ordinary people occasionally act like raving idiots.

A world, in short, totally unlike our own.
