Girl Anachronism?

Hi everyone... who knows where this topic should be. someone always seems to have a grumble about it anyway?

well... my question was... does anyone have sheet music for this song (by the Dresden Dolls... if you didnt know) or does anyone vaguely know the chord progression? i've figured some of it out by myself:
main theme thingo - starts on C, F#, A, C (octave up) so that makes a F# Dim
a bit after the chorus, it goes to D maj, quickly lowered to F maj. Its too fast for me to figure out. anyone else want to contribute?
