I dont remember the timing, but Cziffra´s is the fastest ive heard.
The masterpiece tell the performer what to do, and not the performer telling the piece what it should be like, or the cocomposer what he ought to have composed.

Sultanov did it under 2:10.  Richter at about 2:12.

its quite easy to go sub 2 mins if you have good tech, and especially if you dont slow down at any part of the piece, chopin didnt intend for the soft section near the end to be any slower than the rest.

cziffra's is my fav interpretation though
