Yamaha Electronic Piano P-120

Anyone else here have this specific one and know how to record songs?

I'd like to record what I play on the piano and transfer it onto my computer as MP3 or other Audio files.  Any techie people here know how to do that?

(I've lost my manual - that's why I'm asking)
