Online sheet music & Grande Polonaise Brillante
on: October 03, 2003, 12:50:36 AM
Hey,

Where do you guys find sheet music online? I was looking at sheetmusicplus.com, and got quickly confused. I can't tell which version is which. I see that there is a version of Chopin's Grande Polonaise Brillante for 2 pianos, four hands, but I really want the one piano version that is to be played with an orchestra.

Is there a good online source for sheet music that will let you preview the pieces? I guess that's what I miss about a real store, but I couldn't find this particular piece in the stores I've been at so far.

Any suggestions/links are welcome.

Thanks,
Jon

Replying to myself, I'd like to also say I want to make sure not to get a version that has all the parts :)

I have not found that particular piece online but the best websites for free sheet music are:

www.sheetmusicarchive.net
https://muslib.mmv.ru
www.bh2000.net/score

Well actually, the sheet music archive has it in the full orchestral score. I could play it from that, but I don't want to print out that many pages ;)

Thanks for the other two sites, they'll come in handy.
