Revolutionary Etude Pedal
on: January 07, 2006, 01:10:46 AM
On my sheet music of revolutionary, there are none pedaling but
when I hear the music from experts, it sounds like they are.
Is there?

Dude,
No pedal in the score doesn't mean there is no pedal to be played.
Pedalling is an art that is usually according to the performer's interpretation. Just place some pedal but not much so as to blur the melody ( especially the LH passages ).

Just don't forget to change pedal often... I hate when people play this piece with too much pedal.
Absolutely! pedal should be applied, but not all the time.
