The Quiet Revolutionary of the Piano – Fauré’s Complete Piano Works Now on Piano Street

In my opinion conductor has to be strong person. With authority in front of orchestra. There is no need to fatigue from conducting. An simple look should be strong enoght to send a message to certain instument or soloist.

Besides that, there are some standard things like knowing all instruments good enogh, playing piano very good etc.

When someone conducts piano concerto, he need to practise second piano arrangment with soloist to get familiar with his playing-habits.
