Here it is.

When i first listened to this, i could not believe that it was not played more often. I rate Rubinstein as a composer although i nearly crippled myself trying to play the "staccato" etude.

I agree, the fact that Rubinstein is no longer played is BS. I think the Third is even better than the 4th.
