I'm trying to build list of "should know" songs for when I sit down to play in front of a group of friends. Here's what I've got so far, your suggestions would be appreciated!

1.  Imagine, John Lennon
2.  Piano Man, Billy Joel
3.  Anything Elton John
4.  Thats Just the Way It Is, Bruce Hornsby
5.  Clocks, Coldplay
6.  Brick, Ben Folds Five
7.  The Scientist, Coldplay
8.  Closing Time, Semisonic
9.  Sweet Home Alabama, Skynyrd

More I can't think of now....
