Schumann's Allegros
on: January 16, 2006, 02:01:49 AM
Recently, I stumbled upon two Schumann Allegros for piano and orchestra, Introduction and Allegro Appassionato Op.92 and Introduction and Allegro Concertante Op.134. Very nice works. These pieces are new to me, so I would like to see the sheet music. Does anybody have a two piano reduction and the orchestral score? and What do you think about them?

Thanks,
Mig

I love the one in D minor / D major

The masterpiece tell the performer what to do, and not the performer telling the piece what it should be like, or the cocomposer what he ought to have composed.
