Yes, I hope so too because   the economy of California has a profound effect on the economy of the US as a whole.
He may find himself in the same predicament as the dog who chases the bus (what does he do with it when he catches it?).
Gray Davis was extremely unpolular in California, and the people there certainly deserve a better governor. Whether that person is a Hollywood actor, RINO ("Republican in name only"), married into the Kennedy family, only time will tell, but he doesn't have much time.

Hmmm... stop being so damned racist with mexican inmigrants... illegal or not, we Mexicans are human beings with rights.... not "brownies" as he so despectively calls us. I mean, whats the difference with that term and other derogatory terms that reffer to a particular race?
For a good laugh, check out my posts in the audition room, and tell me exactly how terrible they are :)

Who, in this thread, said anything about Mexicans?? --Maybe it was a deleted post.

And I thought he spent all his time talking about himself.

I missed that less than endearing characteristic of his because I wasn't paying enough attention to the election. I guess he would have lost my vote, if I were in California.

Calling somone a "racist" is the universal response to the question: "Why don't you like him/her."

Granted he may be racist (even though I  have never heard him call anyone a "brownie", and I followed the election to a "T") but he will b the best thing that has happened to California in a long time.

Please make it known that I am not racist, and in fact I have to Mexican brother-in-laws.  It disgusts me the people over use the term "racism".  If a minority doesn't like something that white person, or a person not of the same ethnic group says then suddenly that person is "racist".

After all this election was for the Governor of California.  Allow me to repeat, this was a political election.

If you do not like the candidate, base your opionion on poltics.

Once again I mean no offense to anyone who posts on this board. This is just my personal opinion, for what it is worth.

I am not talking about politics. I am talking about discriminatory actitude on Arnols part. He coined the term Brownie some years ago. back on proposition 187... His politics also feature some iniciatives that seriously affect Mexican inmigration. I am not saying whether Mexican immigration is good or bad. But Arnold has a bad reputation among Mexicans.
