Good technique with Beringer?

It has called my attention that when talking about methods to improve technique Hanon, Czerny,Brahms and others are mentioned but not Oscar Beringer Daily Technical Studies which i think are very good, but i would like to know your opinion about them. Have I been wrong all these years? ::)

i've been doing beringer for years - in fact they are the only studies i ever did. i think they're excellent - although one has to be careful - choosing the right ones is important. i found that some of them were over strenous and, possibly, a little pointless. exercise for the sake of exercise as it were.
