chat problem

when i go into the chat room my name lights up but that is all, everything is black.  i clicked the refresh button but that didn't work.  do you know what i am doing wrong?  thansk for all your help and for keeping this forum going!

I don't know. Maybe update your flash:

Also, make sure in your Tools>Internet Options>Security> that it's set to medium. good luck
