I used this prelude and fugue for my college auditions and it worked well. I suppose it depends where you are applying but short of the most exclusive schools any well played prelude and fugue should work in your favor.
I wouldnt replace the nocturne with an etude since you already have the liszt etude. Either of the brahms rhapsodies make a good romantic choice, as would any chopin ballade or scherzo. Smaller chopin pieces like the A-flat impromptu, or e-flat minor polonaise, or c minor nocturne could work. I would also think about the Mendelssohn rondo cappriccioso.
It occurs to me though that college auditions are really just around the corner - unless you have an old piece you can bring back I don't know how you plan to fill that gap.
