Does anyone know why I can't access the piano.ru site? It says that I am not authorized to access their server. However, it let me on their site yesterday and I saved some music.

Nanbush's link doesn't work, typing www.piano.ru into the address bar in my browser doesn't work, does anyone know why I keep getting the "permission denied" message when I try to get on that site? It all worked yesterday, including www.piano.ru and nanabush's link.

Thanks for piano.ru - looks like a nice site.  Personally, I bought sheetmusicarchives CD, although it wasn't necessary  - it's only 15 bucks, I think, and it's good to toss some money to the good guys if you can.

I just tried it again, and I could get on piano.ru today. Weird. I've been on my home computer all the time.

Not sure you want this much info, but......

A webmaster can control what "ip addresses" are allowed to visit the webmaster's site. Most ISPs give you a different ip address every time you log in. So, maybe someone made piano.ru mad using an ip address from your ISP, and then the next day, the ISP gives you that ip address, and you are banned from piano.ru. The next day you get a new ip address, and you are no longer banned.

Piano Street Magazine:
Poems of Ecstasy – Scriabin’s Complete Piano Works Now on Piano Street

The great early 20th-century composer Alexander Scriabin left us 74 published opuses, and several unpublished manuscripts, mainly from his teenage years – when he would never go to bed without first putting a copy of Chopin’s music under his pillow. All of these scores (220 pieces in total) can now be found on Piano Street’s Scriabin page. Read more
