I have to pick June too because of:

my birthday ;D (Which is more exciting than even Christmas)
AND because it's right at the beginning of summer
AND it's the last month of the school term which means Annual Country Fair
AND it's exam month which means I get to start a new grade of piano and new pieces after it
AND my teaching load is less because the kids don't all take summer lessons
AND the end of the year recital my teacher hosts
AND it's not too hot yet, but you can still were summer clothes! (not that I don't wear summer clothes all year, due to adversion to long sleeves, but it's chilly to do that in the winter)
AND it pretty much just rocks in general

June and October,  the weather and sunlight are at their best... in June everything has ended, and the summer is always more relaxed; perfect weather. In October everything has just begun, perfect weather and I love the changing colors.

I like March too, although I can't tell you why; something about the imminent future arriving soon, a sense of adventure,  and I enjoy the wind; I hate April and May, too busy. They really make me sick.  >:(  Pollyanna's favorite months.  BAH!!!

Hah! that's funny, I never thought of the characteristics of the months... My original answer was going to be "whenever it's warm out".

Location might make a difference as well... Just today did I get that sense of imminent adventure, and it's closer to the end of March.

August is an interesting month. Sort of the calm before the storm, and hot as hell!

I remember two years ago, walking downtown one hot august afternoon. Dead calm, a clear sky, and dripping sweat. What was so odd is how empty the streets were. I think I saw a total of two cars pass, and only one other fellow on the street braving the sun... If I stopped walking I'd have heard absolute silence, in the middle of the city, felt like a desperado in a ghost town.

I like the spring and summer months.
the thunderstorms and heat of summer,
walking home in a warm rain,  stepping over puddles, hearing the tip tap drops on my umbrella, stepping outside into the sauna after freezing in the AC
 ahhh, summer

I guess this poll will not be very informative because the seasons differ in different parts of the world.
