Hi All,

I have the Palmer version of Chopin Waltz no. 10.  The first part is marked "p" but I am having a hard time playing it softly while using the sustain pedal.  The version I have has the pedal held for the entire measure which seems like too much pedal.  Does anyone have any tips on playing softly while using the sustain pedal or any tips on how to pedal this waltz?

Thanks,
atticus
