Do you mean that people do it together with you, or that somebody does it for you ?
If it's the first, I will be happy to join in.
The first step that I normally take in analysis is in "formal" analysis. I mark in my score where the big parts are : Exposition, Development, Recapitulation (first I merely look for exactly where these things occur, and then more detail)
The basic structure of the Sonata-Allegro (1st mov) form is :
[''''''''''''Exposition''''''''''''''''][''''''''''Development'''''''''""''''''][''''''''''Recapitulation''''''''']
||: A trans. B :||: Working out of old material. A trans B :||
Introduction of new material
I mod. V unstable --------------------I unstable I (Major Key)
i mod. III unstable --------------------i unstable i (minor key)
The A and B stand for themes or groups of themes that appear in different keys in the exposition but in tonic in the recapitulation.
After I mark in the big sections, my next step is to look for phrases, cadences, patterns, and modulations (which ultimately constitute the themes and theme groups). I may do some Roman Numeral Analysis at this stage (vs chord names).
I have not done complete analysis on these two sonatas and would be happy to join in and compare informations with you as it gets to that point.
