How to recognize what chord its on music Sheet?

I having problem recognize what chord its on music sheet and I am stuck with it, anyone please tell me if there any tips and guide to better understand what chord progress to use

Is your problem that you see the notes and would like to know what chords those notes make, or that you see chord names and don't know what notes you should play for that chord?
