Fast or slow pieces

Personally i always like a really fast piece of music to play because it's good fun and often more challenging i think. If you have a differing view please say.

It depends on the piece.

I agree it does depend on the piece but i prefer pieces which should be played fast.

I like slow pieces...it makes me feel calm..I like fast pieces too,but I like slow pieces more..because I can't play most of fast pieces ;D

also i only like to play modal or minor slow pieces

It's all about the contrast... That's why classical sonatas so often use movements of alternating tempos. Fast - Slow - Fast.
