Frank Bridge
on: April 17, 2006, 02:43:18 AM
I am currently studying "The Hour Glass" and "Three Sketches" by Frank Bridge and really enjoy playing them. They are very pianistic and I imagine that Bridge was an excellent pianist as well as viola player/conductor. Can anybody recommend other similar pieces of Bridge's? Also is anybody aware of any recordings other than Peter Jacobs' complete works (which is superb)?
