Liszt hunguarian rhapsodie 2 and chopin ballade 1 in g minor
Chopin B minor!
what i'm seriously working on these day is my 4th and 5th fingres strength
Well... the pieces I'm working on aren't as impressive as everybody else's but...Bach - Prelude and Fugue in C# Minor BWV 847
C major scale.
*giggles*I see its just me and quasi who aren't working on 12 of the most complex pieces available. Do some of you guys just spend your days in front of the piano? Don't you have some sort of life? Between school and/or work do you really have time to REALLY play through and practice all those pieces or are a lot of you just bs-ing us(unless you're a professioal pianist). The most I've ever done at once is two that I practiced consistently and then maybe a few others that I played around with but didn't make a ton of progress on.
bach toccata in e minorbeethoven op 54soon to start: bortkiewicz ballade, medtner op 20 (maybe), maybe a messiaen vingt regardpolishing: kapustin variations, ravel sonatine, rach 1, rach 39-5yes, i know. im probably doing (or soon to be) too many things at once, but audutions times are almost here, and i want to be ready.
In yet another attempt to break free from the romantics, i have been going through some Sonatas by C P E Bach.Daddy would have been proud of him.Thal
