Steinway K132; Bluthner model B or Beschtein Concert 8 ?
on: May 01, 2006, 12:35:47 PM
Hi,
I want to upgrade from a yamaha upright and I have not enough place (and money) for a grand.
I would like some comments between these three great pianos (same size) ?
Just assume that they are at the same price, what would you like to choose and why?
Thanks.

I'd try find a place to demo them all....and spend hours. And I mean hours playing them. Make your decision based on the sound you like the most.

Ok thanks,
But shops will not allow me to play ful hours on three pianos...I have to be quicker.
Bach is my favourite composer, then what kind of piano would you consider to buy?
Also, I like the way Glenn gould plays Bach ! But I don know that his piano was tuned and voiced and amended specifically...
Thanks.
