Something with fairly large arpeggios in the LH and/or right hand.  Grade 7 is also ok.

Um, sure.  I know grade 5-6 means different things to different people.  How about if I say late intermediate to early advanced?

Schubert impromptu in A flat major, I don't know which number, but the first part is mostly chords, but it has a very beautiful middle section with what I think I can safely call arpeggios.  It's grd 9 RCM, so I'm guessing that's around 6-7 ABRSM.

Check out the schubert I suggested further up, It's in A flat, and the first page is chords, middle is arpeggios.

25 12 chopin etude is kind of arpgeggios, or at least in the span-stretch kind of way... mmm... difficult though to get it flowing like it should.. i can't play any of it so i cant really comment but it seems like it should be ok... not 5-6 though

Nanabush - That impromptu is the kind of thing I'm looking for.  Any other pieces?  Something with arpeggios in the LH?  I'm not looking for Chopin etudes.  Late intermediate - early advanced.

Czerny school of velocity #12 and #32, check those out.  Not long, don't look too difficult (#12 was a grd 10 rcm study, but is one of the easier ones, so around lvl 6-7)
