Argerich's debut Recital

Wowowowowowowowow, just purchased this cd, and omg she was like 20 years old and played all this?  How the hell does the play the prokofiev toccata that fast!?!  Wow, I'm not really asking anything, just stating that I was in awe when I heard these recordings.. anyone else have this cd?  If not, then GET IT NOW
Interested in discussing:

-Prokofiev Toccata
-Scriabin Sonata 2

Disgusting, isn't it? It's a great CD, I agree. Can't decide if it's inspirational or depressing, though... :)

A great CD/debut indeed!

Just want to point out that the Liszt Sonata was actually a recording from later on, in the early 1970s and not from the original debut LP issued by DG.

lol.. i have this cd and it is the best liszt sonata by far i have... and the brahms rhapsodies are also to die for... amazing pianist... shame that she rarely performs in concerts anymore... on her website it says her usa tour is cancelled due to doctors advice... anyone know what it is?
probably smoking will top her off some day... unfortunately probably sooner than we would all like...
