Could anyone recommend any excercise that would make me technically a better piano player? Thank you in advance.

No exercises are going to hinder your development. However, in my opinion, just play as much different music as possible and you'll progress just fine,

Technique is a broad topic.  Is there some general technical feat you are having trouble with?  Be specific.

By the way, Eddie, I sent you a couple instant messages.  Did you get them?

Czerny's School of Velocity is pretty good for speed development, though IMO speed comes naturally after dedicated practise and it cannot be forced by exercises. Their purpose is just to accelerate that process.

Aside from that, Hanon is good for finger independance, dexterity and agility and Brahms' 51 exercises are good for... well, anything.
