Easier piano concertos?

Piano concertos are famous for being incredibly difficult and virtuosic (is that a word?), but are there any easier piano concertos out there?

I think the first two movements are ok - the last one looks like a killer to me. The D major is actually quite doable, apart perhaps from the cadenza...

Ravel Left Hand Concerto is harder than Bartok 2, Prokofiev 2, Beethoven 4 or Rachmaninov 3.

when somone say it's easy it's in relative to the famouse concertos like brahms rach and beethoven.

Shotakovich 2 is not too demanding. And great. Some bits are little tricky, but on whole managable, and great fun.

I agree, Shosta 2 would be good.  Was written for his son and is not too tricky - in fact I was told not to learn it coz it wouldn't push me far enough!
The Grieg is not terribly difficult technically - it should be manageable (even if you fluff some of it) - if you want to bring something new to it and perform it for a competition, then it'sprobably not the best choice.
I heard the Schnittke concerto for piano and strings - pianistically, it looked rather easy, nothing really in the way of Lisztian virtuosity - in fact, I think te girl didn't win coz the piece really wasn't suitable for competition.

There are no "easy" concertos that are also "great."  However, I think the "easiest" of the "great" concerti are these:

Mendelssohn no. 1
Mozart no. 21
Beethoven no. 3
Mozart no. 27

The easiest among the "virtuosic" concerti are:

Ravel G Major
Saint-Saens no. 2
Mozart no. 20
Mozart no. 24
