How do I make it louder?
on: June 09, 2006, 01:53:53 PM
Ok, I downloaded some recording software and bought a microphone.  I don't remember what kind it is, but it plugs into my USB in my laptop.  So I recorded one of my piano pieces, and the sound seems really low.  I turn up all the volume on my laptop (which granted, it doesn't get very loud with little speakers inside the laptop), but still, it's not very loud.  If I plug in speakers, it's a little better, but is there a way to record that will make the sound a little louder in the first place?
When you earnestly believe you can compensate for a lack of skill by doubling your efforts, there's no end to what you can't do.
