Help With Moonlight 3rd

I'm actually okay with most of this piece; most of the fast parts aren't a [big] problem for me. The sections I have issues with are measures 49-53, 85 (I don't see how it's possible- maybe it's my fingering?), and 144-147. My reach is an octave, which at least partially explains it, but I am determined to overcome this  . Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks!

I dot quite understand the problem...do you mean you cant reach the chord of type G A# G ? (Measure 49) Its just a regular minor chord without the fifth...

I can reach each of the chords individually, but when I try to play it at tempo I miss/add notes and get tense, so it essentially sounds like a train crash.
