1. Ice cubes (about 10)
2. One cup of plain soy milk (it could be any kind though)
3. Chocolate flavored protein/vitamin/mineral powder (it's actually yummy)
4. Some sprinkles of cinnamon
5. A small handful of almonds (10 ?)
6. About a tablespoon (maybe more) of chunky peanut butter.
BLEND ! mmmmmmmm
Oh ! And, it can be *so* good with a little banana, too
