ABRSM Grade 5 on 2004
on: December 24, 2003, 05:08:50 AM
I be taking the ABRSM Grade 5 next year, anyone the same too ? If you have taken the exam this year, can you share with me your experience?

I am choosing A1, B3 & C3. Now in the stage of familiasing the notes, they look easy but it is not so while actual playing..

Any tips? :)

Done it 2 or 3 or more years ago.  I suppose the tunes are different.

Thanks for reply.  :)
Yes, I believe the pieces are different.

I have taken up piano lesson only a year ago, after stopped for 10 years. Picking up is not easy, as a working adult with little time to spare for practicing make my progress really slow...... this is really frustrating. But, I see that many of you encounter the same problems on having little time for practising, still, you make it. That's a good motivating factor. Thanks guys/gals.;) Keep it up!

Hmm.. thinking of going for Grade 5 in 2005..  ;D

Hey, I was thinking if the experts in this forum could play the exam pieces then upload for the juniors like us to listen?  I think that'll be great learning.
