Hi all,
I've been teaching for the past few years and never really done any duet work with my students, something I regret. For the more advanced students I can play a Mozart duet or something, but for the beginner there really doesn't seem to be much music. I went ahead and just ordered the Godowsky Miniatures and was wondering if anybody can give me any opinions about these. Unlike the rest of his music, they are suppose to be very easy, or atleast the student part is (in five finger position), while the teacher plays something semi-complicated against it. I thought this might be a neat idea for the beginners who think there music sounds to simple. Does anybody have any experience using these?
