hardly!  Obviously youve never been to saskatchewan; it's just a big flat gap between Alberta and Manitoba

OUCH. I was born in Regina and lived there until I was 16. I live in Victoria now. I'm realizing what a special place Regina was and how lucky I was to grow up there. From my experiences, I'd say the friendliest people in Canada live in Saskatchewan (and the Maritimes).
