forte piano?
on: December 29, 2003, 06:12:49 PM
Okay, im reading the Norton score for mozarts piano sonata in a major k331 movement III and it says that "the preformance with the forte-piano on the recording brings out the different timbres...",  whats this beast?  Or is it just a typing mistake, or did i fall asleep one too many times in class.....

I have a recording of an arrangement of Guitar and Fortepiano playing Gounod's "Waltz from Faust." ohhhhh you should hear it! :o
I would love to play a fortepiano.  It sounds a little like a harpsichord with more dynamics and warmer tone.
