Maybe a dumb question...

I was looking up iTunes, and found a P2P site. It says something along of 15 billion free downloads, no spyware, adware, etc. And it's all legal. And I have to pay a little bit to join. So it's probably not all legal since it's a P2P site, right? And if I pay with my credit card, then someone can sue me for downloading something that's still under copyright?

If you use your credit card, of course you can be traced.

Kasaa has just had to pay something like a $56 million fine. I do not know if individuals will be pursued, but it has happened before.

P2P sites can also be used for legal purposes, but i guess most are not used that way.
