Really, forget about those simplified versions, it's a horrendous approach of masterworks.
If you don't feel you have the level for the piece, then work to get there by learning easier stuff which prepares you for it and then, when the right time comes, tackle the real score.

isnt 10/3 simple enough as it is? if not, just wait a little bit longer.

Dear,
I don't think 10/3 is easy. Even so-called easy pieces I find difficult to play. But if I can give you one piece of advice. Find good fingering for the middle-section and especially for the 'con bravura' part. And once you found that good fingering, stick to it. The rest is all in your hands. I still can't play the 'con bravura' part decently due to overexercise without good fingering and now I'm kind of 'stressed' about it and I have to let it rest.
Good luck.
Kindly

Don't play it if it's just within your technique. Otherwise you'll hack it, and it'll end up like Beethoven c-sharp sonata 1st movement. Anyone can play the notes, but it takes a great pianist to convey its emotion.
Daniel Baker
Good luck.
