Pianistimo, I can't believe you lived in Lancaster! That's the "big" town we live outside. We live in a very small town about 13 miles from there. We may have even met and not know it! I agree with your previous post about our need of repentance, and it being the last days.
And Prometheus, I don't think I am stupid for living in the desert. It is where my husband has his job. We don't own our home though. We live in a small parsonage. Anyway, back to the desert. We have great weather here. The nights are clear, beautiful sunrises and sunsets (as pianistimo said), the skies are almost always clear, we don't have fog, we don't' have hurricanes, we don't even get many rainy days. It may get hot in the summer, but there is always a breeze to cool off the afternoon, and it cools down at night. We don't have humidity to speak of, you know the dry heat. That can be beat by getting in the shade. We only get shook up by earthquakes every ten years or so, and that is only for a few seconds. What is so stupid about that? It is a great place to live, you should try it before you knock it.
