on: October 21, 2006, 11:29:27 PM
I note that "pianistimo" has now passed the 6,000 mark for posts to this forum!

Vintage Dom Pérignon or Krug shall it be?

A British expression meaning "good luck" is "break a leg" but, the best will in the world notwithstanding, I wouldn't presume to wish "pianistimo" this, since attending salsa classes is already inviting the risk that legs be broken, methinks...

someone's messing with my posts.  they are skyrocketing - after only 2-3 or possbily 4 -5 in the last two hours.  that certainly wouldn't have caused 5, 384 to jump to 6,000.  i am highly suspecting foul play.  sorry ramseytheii.  you'll have to go this one alone.

Are you sure that your post count was 5,384 two hours ago?

Greetings.

I clearly remember your posts at 5900 ish yesterday. You were also about 100 posts below two days ago.

The myriad small posts you post concerning the topics over which you preside are a medium for your vast increase in post count.

Best.

wait!  after reading the book 'the villa' - i want a 'barolo' (whatever that is).  dare i say, from 1934.  is there any left?

do you ever wonder if people make up labels and just stick them on a bottle that's only 15 years old?  what if you were oohing and ahhing and it was just a cheap bottle of wine.  although, i've had a taste of one of those old wines and now i think i could tell the difference.  it's more like sherry in consistency.  very thick and smooth.

on the theologyforum somebody was looking for satan on e-bay.  that made me laugh.  perhaps people do sell some real items and some not so real.

Someone sold their virginity on ebay to pay back her student loan or for something to do with University or education.

Somebody sold a 50 pence piece for £2.50.

There are some strange ones about.

Was it a really old 50p piece, or just a regular one that you could find today? If the latter, the buyer's a right idiot...

never did go on one of those bike tours through napa valley.  i'm sure there's some good california wines.  never really appreciated wine that much before.  of course, italian wine and french champagne don't sound bad either.

There are many American ones to choose from - and not necessarily only from the major and best known wine-producing states such as California, Washington and Oregon, either...

By Oktober 2006, pianitisimo had reached 6000 posts.  Can she pass 12,000 by Oktober 2007?  Who wants to place the bets.

Well, if Susan herself wants to do so, that might add at least one more towards that total...
