jumping beans r us
on: October 24, 2006, 12:44:43 PM
tommorrow is 'share day' at my daughter's kindergarten.  the letter is J.  so i am attempting to locate 'J' items and suddenly thought about jumping beans.  after googling them - i located mexican jumping beans at www.jumpingbeansrus.com   just thought anyone with children might want to know.

btw, changing the subject, we're doing a kindergarten musical from scratch.  this should prove interesting.  i bought about five books from barnes and noble and also a dora cd with 'we are family' (sister sledge) that is 1/2 in spanish.  that should keep the kids from not concentrating.

does anyone know where one can take a tape - nix the treble and turn it into karaoke?

also, does anyone speak spanish - and care to translate the words for me.  i hear them on the tape but it's not really clear to me how to print the words in the program for this musical.

'we are family' - is the song.  i'll get the words right now. (i have to give the words out to the students to learn it - and possibly write them in the program - so that parents can follow the words).

'we are family...
i got all my sisters and me   (can you translate 'brothers' too?  - just in case we vary it?)
we are family...
get up everybody, sing!'

ok.  i know this is lazy and i could go to spanish translation - but it's kinda short and rather unpainful if you already know spanish.

thank you so much!  i suddenly thought about my other daughter too, duh, that has taken spanish.  this year is german.  don't worry if you can't get it back - but i will attempt to get this done before the first meeting.  (this sounds like spam, doesn't it?)  these mothers are luny like me.  they think that we can have a meeting and come up with a musical.  ahahahaha.  i hope this works.
