is this what you and your teacher have worked out?  i trust my teacher implicitly and would ask him first before anyone else - but i guess sooner or later one has to figure out all this on one's own.  seems to me that the program is quite varied (and that is nice!).  personally, i would try to find some kind of unifying theme  -  but that is just me - even both halves separated.  and, somehow, having the handel so far down in the recital (after the moszkowski - kinda does it in for me).  but, everything else seems good.  this is how i would do it:

handel - air and variations
mendelssohn - spring song and spinning son
weber - sonata op. 24

intermission

chopin etudes 10 #5, #8
liszt - feux follets
moszkowski - all

encore:  beethoven's rage over a lost penny
